Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

vehicle seizure

I have a judgement against me for $6600. I have contacted the plantiffs attorney and tried to arrange a payment plan but they have refused to accept my offer or even counter.

I do not have any real assets other than my how and two older vehicles (1995 & 2000). Can these be seized?

Does it matter if they are in my wifes name?

They are taking me to court and have asked for all information on my assest - list of furniture & jewlery, cars, investments, etc.

I do cantract work and it will be difficult to produce much information on future income.
