Re: Domestic violence/alchol

Many prosecutors have a 'no dismissal' policy regarding domestic violence. Your wife should hire an attorney experienced w/ the prosecutor handling the case. The attorney can discuss the situation with you without violating the 'no contact' provision of your wife's bond. Your wife should hire the attorney before you or any family members meet w/ the prosecutor.

Certainly your wife should be represented by an experienced and aggressive attorney BEFORE speaking with anyone else. I'd invite her to phone us for a free consultation. Our phone is 1 8667665245.
