Statue of Limitations For Incest for Michigan
My Cousin is saying that My self and my oldest nephew of having sex with her 1988.
and, now she want money to pay for her going to see a Psychologist. Her Psychologist stated to her that she can press charges. but, we did not do anything to this girl.
And now, she is calling for money, because she was let go from her job in Jan. and she bought a brand new car. And she called me today to say that me and my nephew should pay her to see her shrink, or else she is calling the police and us in jail for the rest of our lives.
I want to know what to do. I do not want to go to jail because of a lie?
