Cancelling a divorce
I filed a divorce three weeks ago. My husband did not contest it and said he wouldn't. We have ben talking and want to do therapy and start over. How do I stop my divorce? I live in Michigan

If you don't have an attorney, you need to let the Court know that you've reconciled. There are different documents you can use to do this, but typically, I do a Notice of Reconciliation with an Order of Dismissal for the judge to sign, which would close your case. Good luck.
