Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

divorce judgement in question six years later

i was divorced in 2002 with a pension provision of 50% (military)17.3 years of marriage. ex husband recently retired and i just began to receive pymts. Suddenly it appears he is not happy with the amount. I received some papers from an attorney and a company named divorce Solutions that appear to be a new quadro as if nothing else exsisted. I did not sign them and just returned to them copies of what I know to be in effect. my ex insisits that what has been awarded is incorrect but he never questioned it until now. What are my rights? what do I do?is this an easy thing to change?this is the only issue our children are grown. divorced in MI living in MI, he is in Arizonia. I can not really afford an attorney, he on other hand can. he states this is about a $300 per mo decrease to me and makes a big difference in my life. NEED HELP!!! do I fight this?
