Changing Name

My sons mother changed my sons middle and last name while I was Incarcerated. What do I have to do to get it changed back to his birth name?

She could not have legally changed his name without notifying you. You should petition the probate court to reverse its decision and change his name back. William S. Stern

You can have your lawyer petition the court for the name change.
