Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Child support

My husband is behind in child support, but he IS paying what the court has ordered him to pay, and has been for 4 yrs. Is it legal for the friend of the court to clean out OUR checking and savings? Not all the money was my husbands, half of it was mine. What do I do?
