council reprenseting 2 parties

if me and my girlfriend get married would we both be able to obtain the same council on the same retainer?

Yes, provided there’s no direct conflict between the parties’ interests. The lawyer is required to apprise the parties of any potential risks in joint representation. Thereafter, counsel may be provided upon consent of both parties.
