Responsible for dept.

My husband and I have been seperated for 6 months. Am I responsible for any depts that he has incurred since we split up?

You have some responsibility for your husband's debts if he paid for marital obligations. If he incurred a debt for a strictly personal thing, such as a gambling debt, you most likely will not have any responsibility. William S. Stern
