tring to get my children back that the judge gave my ex them

what can i do to get my children back the judge gave them to my ex cause he had a stable home but he really does not he owes alot to the rent has had three differnt ladys and is now planning to move the children away from everyone what can i do plus i feel i was discriminded by the judge cause i am deaf

I would have to know all of the facts in the case. However, based on what you have told me it sounds like he is not leading a stable life which is detrimental to the children. You should file a petition for custody citing the factors you mentioned and seek full custody of the children. Further, absent an agreement or court order providing otherwise, Michigan law limits a custodial parent's ability to move out of state and in excess of 100 miles from the other parent.
