American Transmissions is robbing me

Hi, I'm having a problem with American Transmissions in Plymouth. A year ago I Had work done on my car. I paid 2,100 dollars to get a rebuilt transmission installed. When I got it back, it gave me nothing but problems and I took it back constantly. It work for a couple days and then it world mess up again. The guy who sold me the transmission eventually got fired for scamming customers. I was told that I had received a used transmission not a rebuilt one. now the transmission blew up and I am being charged by the same company who fixed it to fix it again. Please help me. A rebuilt transmission is a used one. If you believe they breached their contract by either not giving you the trans you paid for, or by not providing sufficient repairs during a warranty period, then you need to hire a lawyer to review the documents and pursue legal action if necessary.
