Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I'm not sure which category this falls under. My mother just rceently came into an inheritance. I have been suspecting that she has been doing drugs and that was finally confirmed last night. I walked in on her and her new boyfriend engaged in the use of drugs. I am afraid she will blow all of this money on drugs. She has a long history of drug use and was clean for 3 years prior to the inheritance. Is there anything I can do legally to freeze her accounts or become her guardian(I'm sure that's not the name for it).

You would need to petition the probate court for a Conservatorship over her. That way, the money can be protected and used only as approved by the Court. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
