Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I paid a Michigan company for a stock item, that was not in the store on the day that I paid for it and the store promised to have it available the next day but did not, and never did thereafter. I have made efforts to recover my money directly from the store and they won't give me my money. Please, which one of these Michigan Statutes of Limitations apply in this scenario; MCL 600.5807 or MCL 440.2725?. I live in Michigan. Thanks. JC
