Well, yes, she already has. I bet you're asking "Did she legally take it back?"

The answer is "No" - because it was your property.

Then, you may ask" What can I do about it?"

The answer is that you have a number of criminal and civil options - all of them guaranteed to increase your current misery tenfold. No sane attorney would take your case.
