I know this sounds condescending but encyclopedias have been written on these subjects. Even experienced lawyers who do this stuff on a daily basis have issues that they don't fully understand. You find the law on this stuff where lawyers find it.....in the case law established by court rulings that are in law libraries and in the statute books available in the same places. I don't know why you're asking these questions but you probably need a lawyer. William S. Stern

You can try a google search, but most case law is only available through legal research websites/databases, which are not free. You can also visit your local law school library, but if you don't know how to perform legal research, you won't really get anywhere or find what you are looking for. I would suggest hiring a lawyer.
