quick claim deeds

My nephew bought a house. mortgage in his name title in his name and exgirlfreind as tenent. How can he get her out of the house asap legally. She cannot afford the payments alone.

If the girlfriends's name is not on the deed and there is no lease, your nephew will need to evict her.
