Can I have someone rent an apartment for me?
I am having a problem
renting an apartment
because I filed bankruptcy in
2005 everything was
discharged but it is not
showing that way on my
credit report. I want to know if
someone can rent for me?

You need to get your credit reports corrected. You can do that by disputing the status of the debts with the three major credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. You can get a free credit report annually from each of these agencies by logging onto www.annualcreditreport.com.
