Rental Agrement
We have a rental agreement with a homeowner. It was a pre-printed form lease. It is not notorized. Can we break the lease? She is being difficult and we have located a new place to live.

Whether or how you can break a lease depends on the language in the lease and if it complies with Michigan laws. The fact that it is pre-preprinted and not notarized will not give you grounds to break the lease.
