Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

home's advertised sale price

My husband & I are looking for a house. I found this listing a house listed with a sale price of $23,000, on both the agent's website, and a general real estate site. When I called the agent, he said it is $230,000. Do I have a 'false advertising' claim? And what do I do if so?

Re: home's advertised sale price

No, it's a mistake rather than false advertising.
