Four brothers own a 10 acre parcel of land. One brother no longer has a desire to own his share of land and wants to be bought out. One brother is interested in buying him out. The second brother is not interested and the third will not respond either way. Can one brother buy out the other without the permission of the brother that will not respond? He was sent a certified lettter and given 30 days to respond and to date has made no attempt.
