Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Draft will never signed

Father passed having never singing final draft of will, is there still any legal merit to the will, or is it still just considered a intestate?

If no other signed will exists, then father died intestate. For more info, please contact my office at (248)851-3171.
