Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

lease estate home?

Can the court appointed personal rep. of an estate lease out the deceased person's home? The home is not paid off and creditors are owed. We have been unable to sell the home and can not afford to keep paying the house note, insurance, electric and association fees.We would lease it until we got a buyer but the home would remain in the deseased name.
