Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Mn. Law Question. I am the Creditor of a Docketed Monetary Judgement. I obtained a writ of execution from the courts and followed the process prior to bringing it to the sheriff in the county of where debtor sub contracts work and where the payor of funds is located. Debtor sub contracts work and is 10 99 from this same contractor the same payor of funds....for the last 10 15 years. 1 60,000. Judgement for spousal maint was resolved now this is the last remaining 50,000.00 judgement left to enforce. The sherriff served the payor of funds and after no response or payment was received until after writ expired the response received stated no wages to collect. 100 percent false could it be that the debtor is 10 99 under an LLC and I did not address that? Because if this is the case the sherriff was adamant i did not need to include that information when filling out the paperwork

The easiest way to collect a judgment is through a bank garnishment/levy or a wage or non earnings garnishment. We regularly handles these collection processes. If you wish to retain a law firm to collect this debt, please feel free to contact me. [email protected]. (952) 941-4005.
