I am wondering how I go about getting a no contact order lifted????

If you are the object of the "no contact order" in a criminal case (not the accused), then most judges will lift it if you go to court and ask it. Contact the defense lawyer or the accused for helpful information on the details.

It would require a court order, but the process would depend on how the restraining order was entered - through a civil action, or as a condition of release/probation in a criminal case.
