Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Minnesota

Age discrimination

I am 44 years old and have worked for my company for about 10 years. There have been recent budget cuts resulting in 5 lay offs of a 62 year old man, a 8 month old pregnant woman, both the only two in the finance department, a 45 year old woman with cancer, my 45 year old supervisor and my 47 year old co worker. I currently have a new supervisor of 4 months that was instructed to evaluate and restructure the department. I was supervising 4 employees at the time of the layoffs, and was underminded by the new superviser by his giving them work instruction without consulting me, their supervisor. One of my part time employees, who is 27 has been given full time hours and I have been told to take work direction from her. In a meeting yesterday, I was told after the restructure is revealed to the team that I am not going to like the out come. Do I have a case for age discrimination??
