Can a mother and her new born visit or possibly move to another state (from Minnesota to Alaska)?. The mother and the father are unmarried and do not have a custody agreement. Does she have to get the fathers permission?

Hello. The way your question is written, I would need to speak with the person involved, in order to clarify facts prior to providing specific legal advice. I urge that the person who has this legal issue immediately confer with a private attorney. Some attorneys, myself included, are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys, myself included, will confer for free. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for need. All the best.
