Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My sister was in a relationship for 11 years with her ex-boyfriend they have a son together. She moved to South Dakota and her son wanted to stay and finish school in MN with his father. So she let him stay. She is in a new relationship and her ex told her that she can not take their son this weekend if her current boyfriend come with when last week he said it was fine. He is now threatening her with not allowing her to take him after school is out.
