Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota
Can a person request that the judge that signed divorce papers, to review them? My ex-husband and I own a home together and there is nothing in the divorce papers saying that I would get a portion of the value of the home.

Without knowing more about the situation , it is difficult to respond. However, once an order has been entered, a Motion must be filed to bring any matters back before the court. What motion is proper would depend on the facts of the case. It would seem that you would likely be required to file a Motion to repon.
