Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

ROP Signed

My Fiance had a past relationship with another woman she had a baby and said it was his, there were rumors it wasnt his, a few years later they had another baby, this baby looks just like him the older one looks mexican, so then he is really thinking the rumors are true, now 7 years have passed since the first child was born, and she finally has said that he is not the father of the first one she was already pregnant when they met!!!! I need help this is putting a strain on our relationship now! Please help

If seven years have passed and he signed a Recognition orf Parentage, he will no longer be able to disclaim paternity since the Statutes limiting such actions have passed.
