Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Today I recieved my order from the judge on removing the ofp against me do to no findings of abuse. I asked my wife when could I visit my kids, and she told me that she would not let me see the kids, and that she is appealing the judges order, and she will not let me see the kids until the appeal is complete. She is currently at her parent house since the recept of her copy o fthe order to remove the ofp. That way if I try to see the kids, her dad will call the police on me for tresspassing. What legal right do I have in this matter?

You are in a difficult situation and your primary remedy is to file for divorce, legal separation or custody to establish custody and vistation rights. Until there is such an order, the parents have equal rights which makes int a difficult tug of war with children in the middle.
