Am i entitled my enagagement ring back?
I have given my ex-fiance a 3,000 dollar engagement ring. We are no longer engaged, but my ex-fiance is refusing to return the engagement ring. I thought in the state of Minnesota that it was a law to be returned upon request. What type of an attorney could help me. Do I have a case?
