Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

can you revoke easements on deeded property placed there over 30 years ago

3 properties have easement to and from a 50' lakeshore lot - 2 easements have not been used for over 10 years - one is the original owner (not living there anymore - vacant and for sale) the second inherited easement on deed - the third is new property owner also inhereited easement on deed - has no cabin just mobile home lots - my grandfather died but the easements were there for friends he originally sold the property to and they since have died and the property sold except for the one which was inherited by the children. The third is abusing the easement and tresspassing on all the property - snooping, using our personal dock and personal items that are on the lakeshore after being told not to. They have been informed that the easement was for them alone but abuse it. Would like to remove easement from all deeds considering there is no landing there and can be only used to go to and from the lake and the lakeshore is full of rip rap.

You seriously need a lawyer, competent in real estate matters, to sort this out for you. No lawyer in their right mind would attempt over the internet to tell you what to do. Much too complicated. Email me. Call me. Set up an appointment. My consultation fee is $85. We'll talk.
