Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota

no proof of insurance revokement

So kind of a long situation but I don't really know where to go from here. In march I was pulled over in MN for having a broken tail light and no proof of insurance. Within 14 days I went to the DMV and got the tickets reversed. The proof of insurance one was never filed as I found out when I was pulled over for driving with a revoked license. I called, paid (with cash...)the reinstatement fee and was assured it was taken care of. I find out tonight when I get pulled over again that it's not and my car is towed and searched this time. My court date isn't until 12/11 but I have proof of my car being insured with no gaps. What can I do?
