My father died before changing his will... I know that by Minnesota Law that makes his ex-wife not able to be in the will.. does her daughter have a right to the will if her mom has no right?

I am sorry to hear about your father. If he did not change his will you have very little recourse. I do not know what you mean by "right to the will." If her daughter is his too daughter you may have a case.Your question needs to be presented better.
