Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

How do you get a judge to enforce his orders. We have beento court 4 times to get an accounting of my Mother's estate from her daughter and the judge does not enforce his order to provide it.

You answered my question, but I do have an attorney!

If you have an attorney, you need to work with that attorney. It is inappropriate for another attorney to second guess your current attorney. If you think your attorney is wrong, then you should hire a different attorney.
