Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

I've had a will for several years. I am now divorced and would like to change it so that my son is the sole beneficiary. How much should I expect to spend? If I just negate the 1st will, shouldn't my son automatically be my beneficiary? I have no other children and no debt.

My advise would be just to do a new will so there is no confusion. Wills are not too expensive. Contact an attorney.
