Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

contested divorce

over the past 2 years my wife has repeadly told me to leave our home, 2 months ago i did. we have a 2 yr old son and a 3 month old daughter, with her making me leave and not trying to work the marrage out through some kind of counselling , do i have any grounds to fight or object to the divorce that is comeing,personally i dont want this to happen , what can i do?

If you live in Mississippi, and she does not have fault based grounds for divorce based on proof, she cannot get it unless you agree. If you live apart from her for one-year, that could constitute desertion unless you can prove that the separation was her fault.
