If a member of my family is driving my vehicle and has a passenger, if she has a wreck can the passenger sue me

YES IF YOU NEGLIGENTLY ENTRUST THE VEHICLE TO THE DRIVER. IF YOU KNOW (OR SHOULD KNOW) OF SOME REASON THE DRIVER IS UNSAFE YOU HAVE A DUTY TO KEEP HER FROM DRIVING YOU VEHICLE AND YOUR FAILURE TO EXERCISE THAT RIGHT MAY RENDER YOU LIABLE TO THE PASSENGER FOR NEGLIGENTLY ALLOWING HER TO DRIVE AND CAUSE INJURY.
