Minor deeding property

Can a minor , who has a property just in their name, deed that property to someone else?

Maybe. In Mississippi, persons are minors until age 21. However, at age 18, an exception is created whereby a minor can enter into a contract. Deeding and/or selling property would be a contract and, therefore, is permissible at age 18. If the minor is under 18, they could only dispose of property through a guardianship.
