My child's father died in 1999 at age 27. We were not married. My child visits the grandparents once a month. There was no will. My child is 9 years old now. The grandparents just took over the land, rental property, everything. Is my child not entitled to anything??

As the sole heir, your child inherits everything owned by his father.
