Legal Question in Technology Law in Missouri

Toshiba Notebook A70/A75

I purchased my Notebook in May '05. I have had to replace the Systems Board 3 times in need of a 4th time. They are notorious for overheating and turning off which mine has done all along. I cannot seem to get through to the higher ups at Toshiba and no one returns my calls. This has been a defective Notebook from the start. There is a class action suit on the computers overheating and turning off but not this model. I would like a new computer. Is there anything I/they can do?

This info is from the www.gethuman.com database, where contact info allows you to reach a real person at various companies:

Toshiba info:

Toshiba F Press 0 at each prompt, ignoring messages. 800.457.7777

If that doesn't get you someone who can help, you may want to have an attorney write a letter for you.

How much was repair/est.?
