Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Missouri

Hi I was a victum of a hit and run i was not in the car but it was parked on the street and My car was totaled it was 3 men in another car on the run with teh police after them they had jumped form teh car and let the car crash in to mine. They were all caughta nd charged with mulitaple things the one driving is the one that was charged withe teh hit and run and the one told to make resitutions but the judge never put inhow long or how much they had to pay so it took over a year and half to get everything in order and it the resitution set so here is now this issue its been almost two years now and i ahve recived 2 payments and about 4 months ago i was told hes back in prision. i have since moved to another state and im wondering is there another way to get teh money while he is in prision cause as a victum im being treated like shit in something i was compleaty innocent in

If the statute of limitations has not expired, you may need to sue the men in civil court.
