Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I am 17 years old and was just givin a citation for an "arrest notification" summons court date that will be october 27th. I will be 18 by then. I was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Missouri. How much would it cost to get a lawyer to get it reduced? If I cant afford a lawyer what will the repercussions most likely be? If my court date is past my birthday and the misdemeanor offense occured before my 18th birthday (which it did) then will it still be put on my record?

Your age does not matter. I have handled hundreds of similar cases in the thirty-three years that I have been practicing law, and I might be able to offer my services to you for a very reasonable fee. It is critical that you do hire an attorney to avoid any convictions being entered on your record. I will be happy to give you a free telephone conusltation and I can give you a fee quote at that time. Please feel free to contact me.
