Your daughter should be represented by a competent criminal defense attorney. The attorney may be able to get any charges against her dropped, or may be able to beat the case at trial. If not, the attorney should be able to negotiate a plea bargain that will avoid a conviction and allow your daughter to get on with her life for the most part as if this had never happened. I have handled hundreds of such cases in the thirty-one years I have been practicing law. Perhaps I might be able to help your daughter. Please feel free to contact me for a free telephone consultation. If I can not help you and your daughter myself, I should be able to refer you to someone who can.
