Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

What should I do If my employers are charging me with a felony charge on something? They are suspecting me of theft on a return that I could have not possibly done without a managers ID or a keyflick to override the procedure. I used to have keys to do returns, voids, transaction cancels but turned them over to the store director and became just a regular cashier. I have a spokes person who is willingly to speak for me that you have to have an override on a procedure. I even asked the company when the were recording me on there own recorder if money was missing and they said no and that they only wanted to know why I did a return which in response I said I dont know how I would be able to unless I had a manager Id or key and that I never did a return at all.

Employers do not charge people with felonies. Prosecuting attorneys do. If you are being charged with a feloney, hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford.
