Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

probation

If I am on probation and I live with my mother, and the police was called to residence for a complaint concerning possible distribution of narcotics. They recieved a search warrant from the county judge but I was not even home and been staying with my girlfriend can I be held accoutable since that is my reported residence. I want to make sure because I am a felon and their was a fire arm retrieved from my cousins vehicle also but once again I was no where around and everybody that was in the house went to jail
