Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
This women hit me first, I hit her with my fist 5 times. They have charged me with, class A feloney, First degree assualt, Sever physical injuries! She went to the hospital and the report said she was treated with SOFT TISSUE DAMAGES, No sever physical injuries. What kind of motions should I file ?

You shouldn't even be thinking about filing Motions, you should be hiring the best criminal defense attorney you can afford. What in the world were you thinking? Hitting a woman five times with your fist? With a very good attorney you might possibly get some kind of break, but even then there will be no guarantees.
