Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

AA reject

Flat out I feel picked on for being Gay in the Midwest.. I went to AA for .7.5 years- I had a relapse after dating a guy who's a bartender-- Long story short- I went to pick him up one night in Kansas City and they had a check point right by his club in a rainstorm -I had no choice but to go into the checkpoint- But I slowed down and turned into a bank parking lot- I thought for sure I was clear- Then a motorcycle Police man came in to the parking lot shortly after- and said that he wanted me to walk down to the Police Van to do a sobriety test because I ''squealed'' my tires in the rain... I feel like they target us in Kansas city- In the 'paddy wagon'' there were over 14 of us~ 1 and 1/2 drinks can put you over the limit these days in Missouri- I know police have quotas and I understand this as a sales person who makes over $60,000 a year- bygones-- I want to know this if move to Puerto Rico can they come get me from Missouri and put me in Prison - I am tired of this and I am not a hard core criminal - I am willing and been sober since - Can they come to get me If I go over seas? I refuse to keep living here like this and want to make a fresh start in my life- Thanks for your ear~ M

Re: AA reject

M,

There are various ways you can attack a DUI charge. If you do not respond to the charge, you will be found guilty by default. You will then have the charge on your record. This record would follow you to Puerto Rico or any other state or territory of the United States. It would have a negative effect on your insurance rates. I help of lot people who are issued DUI's. I have even tried a few DUI cases. I would be happy to help you. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of help. You can email me at the address below. My rates are very reasonable.

Thanks,

James
