I would need more information to answer your question-- but, if you were placed on a ten-year denial and ten years have passed, you may apply for full reinstatement of your driving privileges by filing a Petition in the county of your last arrest. This is not an automatic process, and Missouri Director of Revenue will sometimes contest these matters, particularly if you have received driving while intoxicated or even driving while suspended / revoked offenses during the ten years when you were not supposed to be driving.
