You should retain an attorney. If you are convicted you could lose your license for 90 days. The sooner you consult with an attorney, the better.

Your first step should be to hire an attorney. An attorney may be able to help you avoid taking a conviction and also minimize the negative consequences that will follow from these charges. Be sure to talk to the attorney about the loss of your driving license as well as the defense of the pending charges. If you do not already have an attorney you may call me for a free telephone consultation.
